Upper Body Workouts
There are several variations to this amazing exercise. For instance, if you can do 20 or more perfect push-ups, then try clapping your hands together after you press up. To increase the challenge even more, you can touch your hands to your chest or your ears.
This form of upper body workouts assist in building your chest, arms and shoulder muscles. It puts you through a complete range of motion. The arms are locked up, the nose must hit against the floor, and the knees lay on the floor. This comes in sync only with a lot of practice.
The upper body is one of the most important areas on your body to workout. The most effective upper body workout for men will work the chest, shoulders, arms, upper back, and the abdominal muscles.
Exercises that work different muscle groups are known as compound exercises which make them very effective. This will cut your workout time in half since you will be able to use the same weight to work different muscles in your upper body.
